Little Scholars
If you have completed the 5th grade and you have a 90 percent or above from the previous academic year, you need to fill out the Pop Warner Little Scholar’s Application. When you have downloaded and completed the application, please send it back to us along with the full-year’s report card, Application, and Addendum.
